Friday morning, April 27, marked the 20th time that APMA has hosted a spring golf event to support scholarships for members and their employees and children. Marathon Petroleum to Buy Andeavor for $23 Billion Today, Marathon Petroleum Corp. announced a deal to buy rival refiner Andeavor (formerly Tesoro and Western Refining) for $23 Billion. The acquisition will make Marathon the nation’s largest refiner. Marathon is based in Findlay, Ohio, and has operations concentrated in the East and Midwest. Arizona retailers in Cottonwood and Douglas should be aware that the age of tobacco and e-cig purchase is 21 years old in those municipalities.
