Industry News for July 22, 2021 UST TSIP 2021 Updates Announced Under the provisions of the new UST law, ADEQ has announced the TSIP application categories, prioritization process and periods, roll over options and extended work completion deadline. TSIP applications will be accepted by ADEQ starting Monday, August 23 through Friday, October 8, 2021. It is recommended that site owners submit applications as early as possible in the prioritization period.
