ADEQ Now Accepting TSIP Applications for Fall 2022
ADEQ’s Tank Site Improvement Program (TSIP) is now accepting applications from underground storage tank (UST) owners, operators and property owners. Applications may be submitted from Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 through 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2022. Please note that applications received outside this application period will not be processed.
Prioritization
Due to limited funding, ADEQ prioritizes applications based on factors such as environmental conditions, tank age, customer size and proximity to sensitive locations (e.g., schools, hospitals, lakes and streams).
The prioritization score is not impacted by the date of application submittal.
Tips to improve your application experience:
• Select the right form for the category of work (e.g., if you are only submitting for UST removal, use the UST removal form and not the UST removal and replacement form).
• Ensure you are using the current application form for this prioritization period. Other forms will not be processed.
• Ensure the application has been fully completed and that certification statements are completed, signed and dated.
• Verify the information included in the application is correct and that the Applicant Name provided matches the name on file with ADEQ.
• Ensure site plans are legible and include all required information.
We also encourage you review ADEQ’s Frequently Asked Questions for helpful information about the application and roll-over process | Visit TSIP FAQs >
