Phoenix City Councilman Announces Plans for Tobacco Flavor Ban
City Councilman Michael Nowakowski told KTAR that he plans to introduce an ordinance to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products throughout the city.
APMA is engaging with a group of stakeholders to oppose the effort. It is unclear when the proposal will be considered. No language has been introduced so far. The next Phoenix City Council
