City of Tempe Expanding Proposed Ordinance to Prohibit Sales of ALL Flavored Tobacco Products

Tempe’s Human Services and Community Safety Committee announced that it will hold a virtual committee meeting on Wednesday, December 7 at 12 noon.

The committee will consider updating the proposed ordinance on tobacco and vapor to include ALL flavored tobacco products (including mint and menthol).
