ADEQ Simplifies Preapproval; Posts FAQs for TSIP
APMA has been leading an industry charge to make the UST Revolving Fund Preapproval Program simpler and easier for the regulated community. An initial round of reforms are documented here. Significantly fewer documents are required in routine review; note that they may still be required in an audit.
Another improvement requested by APMA was a Frequently Asked Questions forum for the Tank Site Improvement Program or TSIP. That webpage launched last week.
We are also working with the Department on a UST reforms package for the 2019 legislative session. Stay tuned for more information.
