Arizona Legislative Session Underway

Last Monday, Arizona’s Legislative Session opened with a virtual state of the state address from Governor Ducey. He main topics were his COVID-related decisions and the vaccine rollout. It was Ducey’s 7th address and his shortest. You can find the video, transcript or summary here.

The 2021 session will, at the start at least, be more virtual and less in person, with restricted gatherings at the Capitol due to COVID concerns. The Governor’s budget proposal, released on Friday, does not include sweeps from the UST Revolving Fund. You can find a summary or related documents here.
